New logistics center expanding the Italian headquarters of AF Property in Massalengo with a new extension of about 55,000 m² . The building features a modular prefabricated structure with beams and pillars made of concrete, and a structural grid of 20 x 22 m; the wide spans and very slender pillars define extensive internal spaces free from structural elements. This configuration allows for extreme efficiency and maximum safety in the automated movement of goods.

Overlooking the provincial road 23 Lodi-Borghetto, the new building was completed in just over 3 months thanks to a tight construction schedule. The work focuses on an existing logistics area and did not involve the development of new untouched areas. The construction of a new bypass serving the logistics hub facilitates wheel-based transport, avoiding any further impact on traffic.
