The project concerns the works for a new production facility including an office block on the first floor. The building covers an area of approximately 17,000 m² in plan, the structure is prefabricated in reinforced concrete and pre-stressed reinforced concrete, and has a semi-plan bacacier-type roofing.

The ground floor is for production use. Here, in addition to the warehouse with 10 loading points and annexed office, a sanitary block and locker rooms, there is a product display area with an instruction and demonstration room, as well as the product reception and repair department.

On the first floor, which is used for tertiary purposes and has an area of approximately 700 m², there are offices with related toilets and technical rooms.

Moretti Modular Contractor’s technical team developed a solution with inverted T-beams with an ad-hoc section to contain the height of the structural package.

From April 2021 this is Makita’s new operational headquarters in Italy. In addition to the goods dispatch warehouse, there is also a large in-house workshop for repairs.
